At Euclid’s Pottery Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted ceramics. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the pottery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Securely Package Your Item

  Carefully wrap the ceramic piece in its original bubble wrap and double-box it to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
